Shipping Order Processing
Once you send us a request regarding a product through our contact page (accessible on every product page), our sales team will prepare and send you a proforma invoice which will include:
- Shipping costs
- 20% VAT if you are in an EU country
- VAT and local taxes if you are in Switzerland or the UK; sales will be DDP (delivery duties paid)
- For all other countries, the sales conditions are DDU (delivery duties unpaid)
- If you are a business in the EU with your own VAT number, the 20% French VAT will not be applied
All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. The estimated delivery date will be indicated in the proforma invoice.
